What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Every item is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you find your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days to request a refund.
For change-of-mind returns, you have 30 days to send your product back. Once we receive it in its original packaging and resellable condition, we’ll issue a full refund.
How much does shipping cost and when will I receive my order?
Flat rate $9 to anywhere in Australia via Australia Post. Shipping will take 2-6 business days.
We also ship internationally for a flat fee of $28.
What does your 5-year warranty cover?
Miffy Sniffy products are built to last. That’s why we back them with a 5-year warranty — for your peace of mind.
If you experience any issues with your product within 5 years, please email us at hello@miffysniffy.com.au with your item details and proof of purchase. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
